It’s never too late to learn to fly

If you’ve ever watched from the shore and wondered “could I do possibly do that?”—especially as a woman—you’re not alone.

I want to introduce you to Elizabeth Cinquegrana who is building an amazing community focused on women who are interested in learning more about Wing Foiling or “FLYING”. I’ve watched this community grow under her leadership and if you would like to learn more, reach out to her. Don’t worry if you have never tried a wind sport, Elizabeth will make you feel welcome and you will discover what a great program/community she is building.

Wing foiling is a gift that arrived later in life after raising four children and while adjusting to an empty nest. Although I have spent years on the pool deck as a swim coach and on the beach, lifeguarding—both board sports and wind sports  were new to me, so I understand what it feels like to try something  new. Today, I teach and ride because I’ve learned that confidence and a love of something new and entirely outside your comfort zone, can come at any age. If you’ve ever watched from the shore and wondered “could I do possibly do that?”—especially as a woman—you’re not alone. I’d love to share what I’ve learned, help you feel comfortable on the water, and show you that this sport is far more approachable than it looks. Reach out anytime if you’re curious or ready to give it a try.
